PRANAX believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal return, refund & cancellation policy. Under this policy:

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the PRANAX, it’ll take 1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with barcode, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@pranax.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Pranax, Beleghata Main Road, Kolkata – 700085]

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

PRANAX does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like Kit, spares etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 
This types of items cannot be returned, like battery, ev kit, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If your items are dameged or defective then we take return it.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you have to sent your old product to our return address & we will send new product after received your old product. If the old product is damaged or defective in any way then the compensation of the product should be paid at the time of ordering the new product. The customer has to bear the reverse and forward shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced/exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
