Battery Capacity & Mileage Retention Notice
Lithium batteries naturally experience gradual capacity and performance degradation over time due to charge/discharge cycles, usage patterns, charging habits, operating temperatures, storage conditions, load conditions, and environmental factors. This is a normal characteristic of lithium battery technology and does not indicate a manufacturing defect.
Illustrative Example Only:
• After 1 Year – Up to 85% Capacity & Mileage
• After 2 Years – Up to 75% Capacity & Mileage
• After 3 Years – Up to 65% Capacity & Mileage
The above figures are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed values. Actual battery capacity, backup time, vehicle range, mileage, and overall performance may vary depending on usage, charging practices, operating conditions, maintenance, and environmental factors.
Pranax does not guarantee any specific battery capacity, mileage, driving range, backup time, charging cycles, or capacity retention after any period of use. Gradual performance reduction due to normal battery aging, regular usage, or environmental conditions is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

✗ Damage Caused by Unauthorized Repairs, Modifications, or Tampering
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty shall become null and void if:
• The warranty seal is broken or removed.
• The product has been opened, tampered with, or modified.
• Any unauthorized repair has been attempted.
• Product serial numbers, labels, or identification marks are removed or altered.
• The product has been used outside its specified operating conditions.

Shipping & Transportation
All shipping, courier, packaging, transportation, pickup, return charges, insurance (if applicable), and any other logistics expenses related to warranty claims shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved in writing by Pranax.
Pranax reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at its sole discretion after verification of the warranty claim. The company’s decision regarding warranty eligibility shall be final.
