Important: Fast shipping charges are taken for priority processing / faster dispatch handling, but the final delivery timeline still depends on the courier partner, route, location, and transit conditions.

All delivery timelines shown on the website, checkout page, order confirmation, WhatsApp, email, or customer support communication are only expected / estimated delivery timelines.

Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • courier company delays,
  • remote or non-serviceable delivery areas,

  • public holidays,
  • strikes,
  • transportation issues,
  • local restrictions,
  • high order volume,
  • technical or operational delays.

PRANAX does not guarantee exact delivery dates or delivery within a fixed number of days.


4. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through:

  • WhatsApp,
  • email,
  • or courier tracking link,

depending on availability.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the courier company.
  • Sometimes tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • incomplete address,
  • wrong phone number,
  • customer unavailable at delivery,
  • refusal to accept delivery,

then PRANAX shall not be responsible for the delay or failed delivery.

9. Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If the outer package appears:

  • torn,
  • damaged,
  • opened,
  • or suspicious at the time of delivery,

customers are strongly advised to:

  • record a clear unboxing video,
  • take photos immediately,
  • and report the issue to PRANAX within 2 days of delivery.

A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to transit damage, missing items, wrong item, or physical defect at delivery.


10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier partner marks the order as delivered, it shall be considered delivered successfully.

If the customer claims non-receipt after delivery status shows delivered, the customer must first check with:

  • family members,
  • neighbours,
  • security,
  • reception,
  • or the local delivery point.

PRANAX will assist where possible, but final delivery status is subject to courier confirmation and investigation.

All shipping, dispatch, and delivery timelines mentioned anywhere on the website or by customer support are only expected / estimated timelines and are not guaranteed.

PRANAX shall not be liable for any delay caused by courier companies, transit issues, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Fast shipping or priority shipping charges do not guarantee exact delivery within a fixed number of days.
